Digger Plans

Here's a one of a kind toy to build and use. The shovel gets it power to "dig" from rubberband(s) and cranks that the user operates. The Digger base including the tracks measures about nine and a half inches square and the boom stretches out approximately twenty seven inches when fully extended. The tracks are meant to be stationary but can be made to actually turn. The plans include 23 (letter-sized) pages including step-by-step instructions. 2D and 3D drawings (including many full size patterns you cut and adhere to wood pieces) as well as project photos to guide you through the building process. Project level: intermediate. Plans include a page describing material requirements.
